I have to agree with Dalia- I miss you guys. I find myself doing 'scouty' things like hanking the hoover cable! Hope

Id just like to say THANK YOU to all my friends at cubs for being good friends, and Akela,Baloo and Anna M, For being
such a help. But im a scout now so, its time to move on.

Just been back on the site after a long time and may I say how impressive it is. Great to see that the 53rd are doing so
well. I was so sorry to miss the 50th runion due to other committments. I was 2nd
and then PL of Tigers in the 53rd during 1961-1964 and gained my Scout Cords in the Group (the highest award then
for under 15yrs old). I returned to Cyprus 1971-1974 and was VSL of Akrotiri DVSU. My wife Krys was Akela of the 53rd
then as well, so I was still connected. I am now Asst County Commissioner(Explorer Scouts) for British Groups
Abroad. So if the Explorers fancy visiting British Explorers in Dubai or Malaga Spain (the nearest ESUs to you) let me
know and I can put you in
touch. Similar if the Scouts fancy visiting a BGA in Oman, Spain, or Dubai let me know.
I live near Birmingham in UK so if any of you come this way we can arrange to meet.

I may not know much about motor bikes but the Explorers who made

re: this weeks puzzle 21-28/02/2009. I can think of many ways that Akela can be thrown out of a
fifteen storey building and live.
I'm sure he tried a few himself. I can also imagine that some people would love
to have a go throwing him OFF the building just to see if it works!!!!!!!!!!!
